You can use the AgriCard in two ways:

AgriCard Classic: on the farmhouses indicated on this page, where you can go personally to the structure to purchase the service you prefer and you can communicate your code to the manager;

AgriCard Cashback: on all the farmhouses that can be booked online on Agriturismo.it, i.e. by making a booking by clicking on the 'book' or 'immediate booking' button. With this method you can obtain cashback (refund of the value of your AgriCard directly from Feries Srl.).

Agricard Classic

The AgriCard allows you to purchase any product or service of the agri-tourism you are interested in, choosing from the participating establishments. You can find them all by visiting this page. You can choose and purchase your AgriCard at this link.

Once you have purchased your AgriCard you will receive an email from [email protected] with the unique code, the link to all the participating establishments and the expiry date by which you can use the AgriCard.

- What services can I use the AgriCard for?

You can use your AgriCard for all the services offered by the agritourism you have chosen, e.g. for accommodation, riding stables, restaurants, products, spas, etc.
We advise you to check that your chosen agritourism has the service/product you are looking for.


- How long do I have to use the AgriCard?

The AgriCard must be used within 18 months from the date of purchase. You can also use it to book an event after the expiry date.
For example, if you have an AgriCard that is valid until 19/05/2021, you have the option of booking a stay/event/service/ before 19/05/2021, even if the event is after the expiry date of the AgriCard.
In this case, you must communicate at least 24 hours before your AgriCard expires your unique code to the AgriCard you have chosen, so that the AgriCard can validate it and associate it with your establishment.


- When do I have to communicate that I have an AgriCard?

Your AgriCard code must always be communicated before the final payment of the services for which you want to use it. Since the operator will have to validate it, communicate your intention to use it well in advance, so as to avoid any unforeseen circumstances.
For farmhouse services that are subject to availability or require a reservation (e.g. use of the wellness centre), let the operator know that you want to use the AgriCard at the same time as booking these services.


- Do I have to book by email or by telephone?

We advise you to check the conditions of each individual agriturismo on Agriturismo.it. In any case, booking by telephone or email is strongly recommended to ensure that you can use the service/product you want.
For example, if you want to use your AgriCard for a dinner, it's a good idea to call the agriturismo to see if it has availability on the day you're interested. Similarly, if you want to use your AgriCard for a stay, it is necessary to check that the Agriturismo has free accommodation and that your dates of stay are not less than the minimum stay required by the Agriturismo.


- How is payment made at the AgriCard if the booking amount is higher than the value of the AgriCard?

In this case you pay part of the amount with your AgriCard and the remainder with one of the methods accepted by the Agritourism.


- What happens if the value of the service or product of the AgriCard I want to buy is lower than the value of my AgriCard?

You can still use your AgriCard for several services during the same stay until its value has been used up.
For example, if I have a €100 AgriCard, I can use two €50 services during the same stay. However, make sure that you can use the full value of the AgriCard during the single stay, otherwise you would lose the unused amount.


- Can I use the unique AgriCard code in a booking made directly online?

No, this way of using the AgriCard (Classic) is only valid for bookings made by email, telephone or in person at the property.


- Can I cancel my booking after I have communicated my AgriCard code?

You may or may not cancel your booking according to the cancellation conditions that you agreed with the operator at the time of booking.


- Can the holiday farm refuse to accept AgriCard?

The agritourism, if listed on this page, cannot refuse to accept AgriCard. Obviously, if a certain service is not available for the chosen period or a booking cannot be accepted, the possibility of using the AgriCard also lapses. In order to avoid this situation, it is strongly recommended that you contact the AgriCard in advance.


- Can I also use the AgriCard to buy Special Offers or Last Minute offers that I see published on Agriturismo.it?

No, you cannot use the AgriCard to buy offers that have already been discounted. Offers cannot be combined.


- Who should I contact if the agriturismo refuses to accept my AgriCard?

- How do I receive the invoice for my AgriCard purchase?

The invoice for your AgriCard will be given to you by the agri-tourism itself, as part of the total bill at the end of your stay.

AGRICARD CASHBACK

With the AgriCard you can give the gift of a stay at any farmhouse that can be booked online on our website.
To find out which establishments allow you to use the AgriCard Cashback, select an area or region that interests you and click on the 'online booking' filter (remember that you need to proceed with your booking by clicking on the 'Book' or 'Instant Booking' button: you will receive a voucher with a booking code by email!).


- How do you receive your AgriCard cashback?

If you have made a booking online you must wait until you have checked out, and within 30 days you must write an email to [email protected] indicating your booking code and your AgriCard code.


- How is my AgriCard validated?

Once the Agriturismo.it staff have received your email, they will check the validity and amount of your AgriCard together with your booking code. The AgriCard must be active and the booking code valid.


- By when do I receive my refund from Feries Srl?

If the staff's verification has been successful, you will receive your refund within 30 days after you have sent the email to [email protected] with all the necessary details: valid booking code and active AgriCard.


- How does the refund take place?

The refund of the value of your AgriCard will be returned to the card you used to make the online booking, via Stripe.


- How long do I have to use AgriCard?

AgriCard must be used within 18 months from the date of purchase. Once you have finished your stay, within 30 days you must write an email to [email protected] stating your booking code and your AgriCard code. When our staff verifies your AgriCard for reimbursement, your AgriCard must still be valid, so we encourage you to stay long enough in advance of the card's expiry date.


- How do I receive the invoice?

The invoice will be issued to you by the agritourism itself at the end of your stay, there is no invoice from Feries for the value of your AgriCard because it will be a refund.

- How much does the AgriCard cost?
You can buy the AgriCard for 25€, 50€, 100€, 150€ or 250€.


- Where can I buy the AgriCard?
At this link you can choose and purchase your AgriCard.


- Is AgriCard associated with a specific person?
No, you can buy it for yourself or give it as a gift.


- What if I want to give AgriCard as a gift?
Once you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique AgriCard code.
In this email you will also find a coupon (with value, validity and AgriCard code) that you can customise to send to anyone you want. You can directly edit the coupon online (it is an editable pdf), otherwise print it out and fill it in by hand.


- Can I use my AgriCard at two different establishments?
It is not possible to split the amount of a single AgriCard between several AgriCard establishments.


- Can I buy more than one AgriCard to use at the same property for the same period?
No, it is not possible to use more than one AgriCard for a single stay.


- Who should I contact if I am unable to purchase my AgriCard?
