The building is located in a lavish green environment and the particular position close to the river Foro allows nice walks along the banks, from the sea to the mountain.
Francavilla al Mare is a town that offered and still offers a lot: it was chosen as home-town and place of inspiration by the creative painter Francesco Paolo Michetti. In honour of him an award and a National Museum have been created and inaugurated(Premio Michetti, Mu.Mi.).
Francavilla receives his visitors with the tipical "slow city" atmosphere, offering, on an "enogastronomic" side, high quality products. It reflects the seaside town's soul with its old tradition and its tourism vocation, thanks also to the good location that offers to the visitors a large range of choises between the seaside and the mountain.
