The farmhouse, a 3-minute drive from the sea and 3 km from the A/14 highway, is the ideal destination for a relaxing vacation in the hills, very close to the wide and uniform beach of fine golden sand, where lively shores alternate with lonely shores with crystal-clear sea.

Erpice's location makes it possible to reach the beach in a few minutes by car and to admire the striking peaks of Gran Sasso and Majella with their snow-capped summits and the incredible parks that have made Abruzzo the greenest region in Europe.

The farmhouse, created from the renovation of anold farmhouse and its outbuilding, is equipped with all the comforts of a modern home. Attention to detail is present in the character and essence of each accommodation, all of which has a separate entrance, bedrooms, living room with kitchen complete with electric stove, refrigerator and dishes, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning and heating. Guests are provided with top-quality linens (sheets and towels) in white cotton to ensure maximum hygiene.

The Majella apartment (mq.39), with private entrance located on the second floor, has a view of the Apennine mountains. It has balconies, large double bedroom with TV, spacious kitchen with electric hotplates, complete with dishes, refrigerator, bathroom with shower, heating and air conditioning.

Adria apartment (mq.44) is located on the second floor and has a private entrance, balcony, spacious kitchen with electric hotplates, complete with dishes, refrigerator, bathroom with shower, large double bedroom, twin bedroom, heating and air conditioning.

Ruella apartment (sq. m. 39) with private entrance located on the ground floor has large double bedroom, spacious kitchen with electric hotplates, complete with dishes, refrigerator, bathroom with shower, heating and air conditioning. Facilities for the disabled.

A rich breakfast is served in the tavern for guests staying, with typical cakes and sweets prepared with eggs from the farm's chickens and fresh produce from the surrounding area.

Abruzzo offers a wide selection of refined and unusual typical products with which the dishes of the peasant tradition are prepared, a cuisine that has drawn on the ability to be both poor and noble by distilling ancient flavors of sumptuous simplicity. The main ingredient of homemade pasta (spaghetti alla chitarra, timballo, sagne e ceci, cannelloni, etc.) is the noble wheat from the hills of Abruzzo, the cured meats and some types of meat, come from the foothills of Majella, where the meeting of sea and mountain currents ensure their perfect seasoning, the exquisite cheeses (pecorino, mozzarella, fiordilatte, etc.) are the pride of Abruzzo 's pastoralism, the very fresh fish is exclusively from the Adriatic, and the meats, eggs, vegetables, and fruit are generally regionally produced.

On the hills of the L'Erpice farm, which stretch between the sea and the mountains, indigenous vineyards and olive groves are cultivated, and Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, pecorino and cococciola wines and extra virgin olive oil with a distinct smell and refined taste are also produced in the traditional way.
