L Uliveto

The Agritourism Uliveto is spread over 3 levels, on the lover floor you find the kitchen and dining room with a capacity for 50 covers, here in additino to servine breakfast and dinner for the guests, occasionally external customers are also hosted for parties and special events. The dining room opens out to a large wooden porch and gardens complete with children’s play area. Adjacent to the building there is also a multi-purpose iluminated sports ground suitable for many activities includine tennis and football.

In addition to the living area of your host family, the round floor contains 3 recently restored rooms (Majella camere) with views over Majella. Each room has its own separate entrance en suite, T.V. and has been tastefully furnished and decorated in the traditional Abruzzan style. One of these rooms is fully equipped and suitable for disabled guests.

On the fiest floor there is a communal lunge room for the use of all guests that include san open kitchen area and corner library with many books of local interest. Also there are 3 more en-suite rooms (Nonna Nella) with TV and balcony. The final 3 rooms (Cluvie) are ideal for large families and consist of 1 en-suite bedroom and 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom. In some of the rooms it i salso possibile to add an additional 1 or 2 single beds if required.
