The agriturismo

Immersed in the calm and beauty of the Majella National Park , between the trabocchi of the beaches of the Adriatic Sea and the ski slopes of Roccaraso, the farm Persichitti is the ideal place to spend days in full nature and relaxation to rediscover the values, flavors and traditions of the past.

The accommodation

After 30 years of experience in agriculture, the Persichitti family has decided to expand its business by giving the possibility of accommodation and refreshments especially to be able to know and appreciate the beauty and riches of the territory.



The double and multiple rooms have all the internal services, except one single room with external but private bathroom. There is also the possibility of using the kitchen for those who choose the multiple (even for double use), with panoramic terrace.
At guests' disposal there is also a room with fireplace for the winter, where you can spend time with board games and reading.

 

Breakfast is served on the panoramic terrace, from where you can admire the grandeur and beauty of the Maiella mountain, almost 3,000 m high.



There is also a large garden with a solarium full of flowers and typical plants, where the quiet is accompanied by the songs of birds.

In the farm you can taste both products of the farm (meats, vegetables, seasonal fruit, jams, preserves, preserved in oil, extra virgin olive oil, cereals), and typical products of the area.

Activities and surrounding

The farm is immersed in the richness of the fauna and flora of the Majella National Park, only 2 km away there is a riding stable and an archaeological site with an attached museum.

The museum of the Marsican-Botanic-Anthropological Bear, the Hermitage of Celestino 5°, the Cavallone Caves, Lake Bomba, the medieval castles of Roccascalegna and Casoli are 20 km away.



The structure is about 40 km from the beaches with the trabocchi teatini, the city of the Eucharistic miracle of Lanciano, the Zoosafari d'Abruzzo (see photo) and the ski slopes of Roccaraso.

 

Sport and free time: the orography of the territory (site between the sea and mountains and lakes) allows the development of various sports and leisure activities such as: (within a radius of 20km) trekking, cycling and mountain biking, horseback riding, climbing in the municipality of Pennadomo, canoeing (for children and adults with experts) and canoeing, swimming in the outdoor swimming pools, tennis, bowling and bowling and all the activities that can be done in the ski resorts of Roccaraso.The distance of about 40km from the beaches of Fossacesia and Torino di sangro also allow us to make our stay even more diverse and interesting.
