Old country house built in the early 1900s in the centre of its own farm and located on a green and pleasantly ventilated hill. Easily connected to both the beach and surrounding mountains: Majella, Monti della Laga, Abruzzo National Park. It is a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, with rooms, restaurant, green spaces, farm animals, and recreation ground.

Old country house surrounded by 10 hectares of farm land including vineyards, peach and olive tree groves, maize, (corn), and vegetable gardens.
This house is aesthetically restored in every part, subdivided in two floors, the first of which is used for general boarding activities: a restaurant with 40 seats inside and another 30 seats outside, a hallway with a nice portico surrounded by plants and garden; on the sides there are two rooms with toilettes.
Clients can use the big parking lot, enjoy the recreation area, and admire the little museum of traditional farming tools.
The back of then country house is dedicated to the animals and to agricultural equipment; one can also find a granary and old silo(in the past used as a storage to preserve food for animals); now the silo is restored in 3rst floors. In the basements there is a cellar to preserve wine house made. At the first floor there is a place to tread grapes and wine-making equipment. At the second floor there is a double rooms romantically furnished with toilette.
