The agriturismo
The agriturismo was established in an old rural building dating back to the mid-19th century; in 2000 it was restored and the original architectural structures were retained. Nestled in the green Pescara hillsides and surrounded by a large garden, the farm offers views of centuries-old olive groves and grapevines that are still used to produce its own fine wines and excellent oils.
The accommodation
The agriturismo has welcoming apartments whose facilities include spacious living areas with kitchen, rooms with bathrooms, shower and TV. There are two types of apartment: two-room and four-room.
The two-room apartment located on the ground floor is called “Il Melograno” and has one large room with 2 to 4 beds + living room/kitchen with porch.
“La Quercia”, the four-room apartment on the first floor is composed of living room/kitchen + 2 double bedrooms (possibility of an additional bed) + small bedroom with 2 beds. La Quercia also has a large terrace with views over Monte Gran Sasso.
The agriturismo also offers its guests a distinctive dining room featuring an old, typical wood-burning fireplace, where they can enjoy the regional cuisine of Abruzzo. Outside the building there is a large garden with a play area for children and, completely immersed in nature, the swimming pool and sunbathing area where guests can relax.
