Villa Pardi

From the farm, large more than 100 hectares, comes necessaries products for the small restaurant; the kitchen propose typical dishes of the Abruzzo and Italy cookery tradition besides some new dishes. Together with traditional kitchen, you can taste other products from the farm like wines Montepulciano and Trebbiano d.o.c. and the extra-vergin olive oil d.o.p. from Bio-Agricolture.

Thanks to its very good position, the Villa is an ideal starting point for visiting the Parks and the Natural Reserves that set up our region richness. It is possible to have suggestive walks in the near natural reserves in the Orta and Orfento valleys, where Pope Celestine 5th monasteries rise. Moreover it suggest to the guests to visit the near National Park of Maiella, where beech-wood frame the landscape in a surprising way in every season of the year. The Abruzzo National Park, well-know for its fauna and some beautiful old villages, is far about 45 minutes from the Villa.

Not far there are beautiful examples of Benedectine and Cistercian architecture, and it is also possible to take organized trips in canoe or mountain-bike along one of the most clean rivers in Europe.
