Old farmhouse completely restored rigorously using original materials. From the cottage, which is located on a hill, you can enjoy a wonderful view surrounded as it is by olive and maritime pine trees. 
The excellent location of the house allows to reach in only 10 minutes, the Adriatic Sea and the beaches of Tortoreto, Giulianova and Alba Adriatica.

The roof beams are in chestnut, the floor in handmade cotto, the external walls are made of bricks and river stones. The careful restructuring has allowed to maintain the classical typology of a Teramo farmhouse of the beginning of the XIX century.
The guests are hosted in comfortable rooms with two or four beds and en-suite bathroom. The bed linen is changed weekly. The guests can freely use the parking and the barbecue.
