The agriturismo
The agriturismo is nestled in the green Abruzzo hills, in Mosciano Sant'Angelo, just a stone’s throw from the blue Adriatic Sea (10 minutes). The estate is the ideal base for a relaxing, comfortable, wholesome break, in an unspoiled landscape away from the city chaos, up close with nature. Pool, Hot Jacuzzi, linen, towel, cleaning services, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TVHD, great breakfast, and a passionate, smiling, young, and always-ready-to-help staff. It is also close to the Gran Sasso d'Italia mountain (40 minutes) and the major freeway (5 minutes) connecting Italy north to south, the A-14.
The Core brothers, Francesco and Gabriele are looking forward to welcoming you.
The accommodation
Accommodation is provided in a wooden house, with tastefully furnished guest rooms in keeping with the surrounding countryside. The rooms boast private bathrooms, air conditioning, HDTVs, and Wi-Fi. Cleaning, linen, and towel services are provided. Services and amenities typical of a hotel but with the comfort of spacious rooms, the beauty of nature, and some extra service, like apartment kitchen.
The agriturismo is nestled in a spectacular landscape, with large gardens spanning 2500 m, age-old olive trees, pathways through nature, and a beautiful “tartufaia”, where truffles grow. At the center of this natural paradise, you’ll find the swimming pool with a heated whirlpool tub.
The farmhouse makes organic wine, olive oil, and cosmetics products. In one of the many tours offered, Francesco, one of the two brothers, will guide you in the BioCore garden, to let you discover new smells and tastes of the many plants and flowers. Gabriele, the other brother, will take you to the winery where with simple words, he will let you understand better the complexities, the difficulties, and the beauties of making wine. Lastly, they will invite you to try all of their products as long as the excellent food from abruzzo.
The agriturismo has a strategic location that will enable guests to get to beaches in 10 minutes and to mountains in 40 minutes driving. or, to simply relax in the quietness of the agriturismo.
For breakfast, you’ll find a coffee machine with pods, a tea urn, and a selection of packaged organic products and homemade pastries.
Francesco and Gabriele along with the BioCore stuff, are always available to solve problems, share secrets about the best restaurants places, and locations or, share a bit more about their life and listen about yours. Feeling at home may be easy, leaving BioCore a little less.
Activities and surrounding
You can enjoy jogging through the agriturismo's stunning surroundings, and BioCore guests receive discounts at typical restaurants serving local specialties.
The estate is ideally located for access to the nearby mountains, where you'll find a range of trails to explore, and the sea at Giulianova, Tortoreto, and Roseto. You can also rent an umbrella/palm on the stunning Giulianova coast at the Don Juan, just a 10 minute drive away.

As well as we welcome the guests, we are responsible for communication, we run the courses.
It was a desire to to meet new and interesting people all the time which led me to run an agriturismo.
According to the guests, the best thing about our agriturismo is the chance to stay in a natural setting.
