The farmhouse from the beginning of the 1900s, restructured according to green housing regulations, is rustic in style with exposed stone and bricks. The roof is made of wood beams and flat terra cotta tiles.
The one story building is located only a few minutes from the sea, on the border between Abruzzo and Le Marche, surrounded by the green Colonnella hills from which you can admire the Adriatic, Gran Sasso and the Sibillini Mountains.
It is a true oasis of tranquility, ideal for families and people who love to relax surrounded by nature, between olive groves and wide fields cultivated with barley and wheat, in contact with the farm animals.

The building's center, where the owner's live, has two rooms available, a triple with loft and another which sleeps 4.
In the two ex-stables two apartments were made: the double flat "Limone" which is made up of a living room/kitchen, bath with washing machine and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.
In the double flat "Salvia" there is a kitchen, bath and bedroom with double bed and one single bed.
The rooms are deliberately left without a television or telephone.
At the Farm you can also taste the extra-virgin olive oil, jams, jellies and marmalades; begin the day with breakfast prepared with homemade bread and sweets and finish the evening with a country meal where the dishes are prepared with healthy and authentic local ingredients and vegetables harvested directly from the garden.
