A late ’800’s country house, restructured in a rustic style, with exposed bricks.
Upon arrival, the guest is instantly immersed in the country’s peace and tranquillity while surrounded by true agricultural life.
The surrounding landscape shows the typical characteristics of hill cultivation with many vineyards and vast olive tree growths. From the agritourism we have a view of the sea, the ‘Montagne Gemelle’, the ‘Gran Sasso’ and the ‘Sibillini’ mountains.
Honoring good taste and genuineness: this is the agritourism’s trademark since it was first founded.

The lodging consists of 4 apartments and 3 rooms.
The farm holiday is part of the organic farm called FIORE-PODERE SAN BIAGIO that directly produces and transforms. In fact, it has its own wine cellar for the production of “Montepulciano DOC and DOCG”, “Passerina” and “Pecorino” wines; its own oil-mill for the production of extra virgin olive oil, including single variety productions such as “Carboncella”, “Tortiglione”, and “Dritta”; and its own stone gristmills for the transformations of various cereal grains like emmer wheat, saragolla barley, etc.
It’s an ‘Educational Farm’ for both adults and children, with courses on biological agriculture, cooking, wine production, pasta, bread, weaving, and natural dyeing.
