They overlook a large furnished terrace with views of the Laga Mountains and the farm's fields.

Just a few hundred meters from the farmhouse is Santa Maria a Vico, the oldest church in Abruzzo, a Romanesque building dating from before the year 1000.
Corropoli: in the historic center you can visit the medieval Piazza Piè di Corte with its characteristic fountain. A few kilometers from the center is the Abbey of Santa Maria di Mejulano, dating back to the year 1000.
Civitella del Tronto: a town full of charm, known for its Fortress, a bulwark of the Bourbons, a real fortified citadel; in the town center one can admire stately medieval and Renaissance houses as well as numerous churches and historic buildings.
Campli: rich in ancient architectural monuments including an important Iron Age necropolis and some burials, one can also admire the churches of St. Nicholas and St. Francis. The built-up area, on the other hand, is dominated by the Balascio fortress founded around the year 1000.
Atri: was one of the most famous cities of the ancient world. Piazza Duomo houses the Cathedral of the Assumption, the Baroque Church of Santa Reparata, the Bishop's Palace, Palazzo Mambelli, the 16th-century Seminary and the Municipal Theater.
