An old and typical restored farmhouse in the heart of Abruzzo, a quarter of an hour from the sea and mountains.

Surrounded by a large garden and lush fields, La Meridiana farmhouse fully reflects the authenticity of Abruzzo customs and traditions.

Spacious rooms, well-kept furnishings, swimming pool, WiFi and a variety of activities are available to guests.

The bright and cozy apartments are equipped with everything needed to prepare tasty lunches with products from the crops of the surrounding areas.

There are 6 accommodations available, including 5 two-room apartments (4 people plus extra bed) and 1 studio apartment (2 people plus extra bed) arranged for the disabled. Each apartment has a private bathroom and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. The two-room apartments consist of a double bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette and double sofa bed. They overlook a large furnished terrace with views of the Laga Mountains and the farm's fields.

In the garden, there are several relaxation areas: a fully equipped swimming pool, barbecue, bocce court, and children's games. Also available are a washing machine for doing laundry and free Wi-Fi.

Just a few hundred meters from the farmhouse is Santa Maria a Vico, the oldest church in Abruzzo, a Romanesque building dating from before the year 1000.

Corropoli: in the historic center you can visit the medieval Piazza Piè di Corte with its characteristic fountain. A few kilometers from the center is the Abbey of Santa Maria di Mejulano, dating back to the year 1000.

Civitella del Tronto: a town full of charm, known for its Fortress, a bulwark of the Bourbons, a real fortified citadel; in the town center one can admire stately medieval and Renaissance houses as well as numerous churches and historic buildings.

Campli: rich in ancient architectural monuments including an important Iron Age necropolis and some burials, one can also admire the churches of St. Nicholas and St. Francis. The built-up area, on the other hand, is dominated by the Balascio fortress founded around the year 1000.

Atri: was one of the most famous cities of the ancient world. Piazza Duomo houses the Cathedral of the Assumption, the Baroque Church of Santa Reparata, the Bishop's Palace, Palazzo Mambelli, the 16th-century Seminary and the Municipal Theater.

The Wine Cities: various eno-gastronomic itineraries to discover the landscape and artistic heritage and appreciate the hillside crops and local products, such as fresh and aged cheeses, extra-virgin olive oil, vegetables, typical cured meats derived from the ancient homemade pork processing and the great wines of Abruzzo, Trebbiano, Cerasuolo and Montepulciano.

Gran Sasso National Park: the municipality of Civitella del Tronto is one of the starting stations for nature excursions in the great Gran Sasso & Monti della Laga National Park, characterized by its rich vegetation and for the presence of large herbivores such as the Abruzzo Chamois, Deer and Roe Deer, as well as predators such as the Wolf, Wild Cat, Weasel and Golden Eagle.

Alba Adriatica: just a few kilometers from the farmhouse, the most renowned seaside resort on the Teramo coast, with its silvery beaches and crystal clear sea, is an ideal place for young people and families with children.
