Historic house built in at the end of the 17th century, situated on a hill 15 km from the sea and the mountains, with 17 hectares of orchards producing olives, fruit, walnuts and vegetables. On the ground floor there is an typical restaurant run by the family that offers typical local specialities, using their own olive oil. On the upper floor there are stylishly furnished rooms and apartments. For sport and leisure there is a swimming pool with stunning views of the rolling hills and the mountains of the Gran Sasso Italia. Mountain bikes are also available and in the immediate vicinity guests can find facilities for horse riding, tennis and fishing, and can also find the local art and culture in the nearby towns.
