Dinner is served only by request and only for people who sleep on the farm. We will involve you in the preparations of the typical dishes (lamb rolls “gnumred suffuchet”, the famous pasta “orechiette”,  meat rolls “brasciole” with tomatoes sauce, chicken or rabbit in clay pans and many more traditional dishes), prepared with the typical products of our farm.

Walks in the wood, in the vineyard and to the ancient tower where  there are little underground caves. It has been said that these caves  lead to the sea.
Visit to the barns. Ciccio, the groundskeeper, will show you the  milking area and Rosa will show you how to work the cheese: “mozzarella”, ricotta cheese and “Caciocavallo”.
For the children there is a large space near the apartments where  they can play on the swing and see “Sisina” a domestic donkey.

Visit to the family museum where the antiques that belonged to the  Masseria hundreds of years are kept, including ancient tools and  utensils once used for farm life.
