During your stay, you will have the possibility to walk between the vineyards and olive groves that surround the estate, taste wines from our grapes or other natural Italian yet international wine producers. Enjoy being in a diverse environment of scientific seminars, cultural reunions or meetings. Also, when in the company of our chef Claudio, you will find yourself tasting and preparing typical dishes of Apulia and Murgia.

In the winery, you can taste wine at different stages. Spend an evening having an aperitivo on the terrace at sunset or even chatting in the lounge. The staff is dedicated at whatever hour if you would like to enjoy a bath of wine therapy, to spend time by the poolside, or to read in the shade of the pines in the garden.

This private estate is an ideal place for discovering the impressions of history and art on the territory and the opportunity to explore new paths to the Italian cultural heritage. This area is also the centre of a fascinating zone of art, culture and Apulia adventures. It is a point of departure ideal for discovering the extraordinary natural habitat of Murgia and Gargano and the historical structures close by: Castel del Monte, the other Normandy castles of Barletta, Trani and Bari, the Roman cathedral, archealogical sites, also the museums and galleries, country house forts, the ‘trulli’- stone huts built by farmers, hiking paths and the old herding trails of ‘transumanza’.

The sea is very close by and also the protected wetlands of Margherita di Savoia where you encounter herons and flamingos.

Through our food and wine adventures you will find habits of another era- the old ovens of Bitonto for baking foccacia, taralli, and bread prepared by women following different recipes that vary from house to house, also ‘bocconotti’ - a muffin style pastry made with ricotta, desserts from the monasteries, the grills at the Murgese butcher, and sweets of almonds and bread from Altamura.
