The agriturismo

This organic farm is located right on the edge of the Gargano National Park, a few km from beautiful coastline, among the relaxing sounds of nature.

The agriturismo enjoys a highly specific location:on one side the sea and the popular Tremiti Islands, on the other Varano Lake and the thriving vegetation which surrounds it.

The accommodation

The complex, nestled among age old olive trees, organic fruit trees and broadleaf woodland, comprises an eighteenth century main house plus renovated farmhouses, haylofts and stables.The apartments are independent, and each include a dining area with kitchenette, fridge and oven, and a bathroom with shower.

The 2 suites, featuring paintings, period furniture and wrought iron beds with handmade linen, each include a double bedroom.Suite 1 also includes a single bedroom, and Suite 2 a bedroom with a three quarter bed.Both suites can accommodate an additional child’s bed or cot.

The Levante and Ponente wooden chalets, built from the renovated haylofts and stores, are rustically furnished.They comprise 2 bedrooms (one double and one with three quarter bed) and an undercover veranda with dining table and chairs.

Torretta spreads over two floors:on the ground floor you’ll find the bathroom and the living area; on the first floor, accessible via an outside stone staircase, the double bedroom.The garden includes a table and chairs in the shade of the age old olive trees.

Guests also have access to a large lounge with books and videos.

Activities and surrounding

The Gargano is characterised by jagged coastline rich in caves, sandy beaches and breathtaking scenery.Diving fans should visit the specialist centres on the Tremiti Islands, with departures from Rodi Garganico, 5 km from the farm.There are also jeep tours along unsurfaced roads, and trails to explore through the estate’s woodland, enjoying spectacular scenic views.
