Several tourist resorts are located nearby, the most remarkable certainly include the town of Alberobello famed for its trulli and Martina Franca famous for the Itria Valley, the kingdom of vines producing extremely delicate DOC wine. Other destinations within 50 km include Taranto, Mottola, Noci, Locorotondo, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare and Fasano.
The Masseria is situated 400 m above sea level, half way between the Ionian and Adriatic Seas.
