This farmhouse is entirely surrounded by pine forest and dense thickets. These supply part of the local products offered by the company: pinarolo mushrooms, wild asparagus, wild chicory, blackberries, raspberries, pine nuts, wild game.

Being in close proximity to the 'Diga di San Giuliano' WWF refuge makes this agritourism an incontrovertible destination for those who are passionate about hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking and bird watching: in fact, here you can see the black kite, the lesser kestrel, the grey heron, the European bee-eater and, with a little luck, the rare Egyptian vulture.

Tempa Bianca is now a well-established name associated with the breeding of prestigious racing horses, trained for sporting competitions. It has the best European pedigrees at our disposal. Temporary room is also available in our stables for our guests' horses, at affordable prices.

The location of farmhouse allows guests to easily reach numerous areas of interest in Basilicata and Puglia, as Sassi di Matera: UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1992, a spectacular example of rocky dwellings, appreciated by American cinematographers (The Passion and Nativity, to name only a few). The architecture originating from centuries of rock excavation offers an itinerary through endless lanes, neighborhoods and houses. Planned artistic events throughout the year and important cultural shows encourage visits from cultural tourists from all over the world.
