The agriturismo is nestled in the countryside of the little hamlet of San Chirico Nuovo, at the heart of the Basilicata, 35 km from the regional capital Potenza. Bari Airport is around 120 km away, and Naples Airport around 190 km.
Masseria Straziuso enjoys easy access to:
- The Grancia History Park and the Piccole Dolomiti Lucane Regional Park, the Gallipoli-Cognato Nature Park, the Volo dell'Angelo (The Angel Flight, a steel cable suspended between the tops of two small towns above the Lucanian Dolomites) and the beautiful hamlets of Castelmezzano and Pietrapertosa
