The property Campi Park Residence – Residenze Rurali Relais, is steeped in the green and silence of the hills of Monteforte Irpino and is the ideal place for those wishing to spend a quiet holiday dedicated to their wellbeing in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The property is at an altitude of about 620 metres above sea level, on the southern tip of the Parco Regionale del Partenio, on agricultural land mostly cultivated with shell fruit trees (hazel nuts and walnuts), although there are also many chestnut trees, apples and pears, kiwis, sycamores, mulberries and vegetables. Farmyard animals are also kept. The new structure, which was inaugurated in 2009 and is all safely fenced, comprises two buildings, one made of tufaceous rock which dates back to the 1930s. 6 self-contained residences and one double bedroom can accommodate up to 24 guests.

The property, which was restored in full respect of the surrounding environment, was furnished paying attention to all details and is managed directly by its owners, the Lombardi family. The structure offers high quality service in a tranquil and charming environment. Le Residenze Rurali (farmhouses partitioned into 6 apartments accommodating between two and six guests) are housed in two buildings providing an ideal environment for accommodating facilities (residences and double rooms). Each residence comprises a double bedroom, a living area with fully-equipped kitchen and single/double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower, satellite TV. All apartments have their own separate entrance and a section of the garden for outdoor dining or other activities or just to relax. Some apartments have an exclusive garden with barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine, hydromassage shower, fireplace which creates a special ambience and offers the possibility to heat the place in the most traditional way.

La Nevera (2+3): Ground-floor apartment comprising double living area comprising fully-equipped kitchen and lounge with fireplace (satellite TV, sofa bed), double bedroom, one bathroom. Large section of the garden and level paved terrace.
Il Pino (2/4+2): First-floor apartment comprising large living area with fully-equipped kitchen and 2 beds (satellite TV), double bedroom, bathroom, 2 balconies overlooking the property. A second double bedroom with bathroom is also available.
Il Leccio (2): First-floor double bedroom with bathroom (satellite TV) and large balcony.
Also available to guests are the large outdoor area (20,000 square metres) furnished with umbrellas, gazebo, deckchairs, tables and benches for outdoor dining with the possibility of using the barbecue, table tennis and children’s equipment (swings, slides, flying carpet, table-football, play house, darts, etc.). There are also tracks for jogging and open air activities and mountain-bikes can be rented.
The facilities offered to guests are: breakfast, private car park, equipped kitchen (tools, tableware, basic ingredients), animals admitted within the structure but not in the residences, children’s games, table tennis, right of walk throughout the property.
