The agriturismo
Agriturismo Forgione is located in a quiet position in Rocca San Felice in the heart of Alta Irpinia. It welcomes its guests in three finely furnished rooms with a wonderful view over the Ufita Valley or the Ansanto Valley.
In the receptive structure it is possible to know from near the country life, to assist to the milking and to the traditional workmanship of the pecorinoCarmasciano, to taste the ricotta just made, to know the traditions and the nature.
The accommodation
The farmhouse has three bright rooms. Each of them has its own bathroom, furnished in a different and particular way. Some of them have a balcony and/or external veranda.
The farm takes advantage of the experience gained in the production of Carmasciano. The company Forgione comes from a family that for four generations has always been dedicated, with love and passion, to breeding and processing of sheep's milk, always preserving the 'ancient tradition of cheese making that has been handed down over the years from generation to generation. These products are the basis for an excellent cuisine respecting the local tradition.
