Contact

The tourist farm of Santissima Trinità is situated in the countryside around Bologna, which is renowned in the Bologna area as a unique example of splendid sixteenth-century villas.

“Bagnarola constitutes a true synthesis for the whole culture of villas in the Bologna area" (G. Cuppini and A.M. Matteuzzi, Villas in the Bologna area, Bologna 1967).
The farm, which extends over 25 hectares, is split into two different farms, the “Santissima Trinità” farm and the “Molino della Manganina” farm on the hills overlooking the Zena Valley, at a height of about 300 metres, in the municipality of Pianoro.

The land is mainly dedicated to sowing, woodland, sugar beet, potatoes, vegetables, small fruits, such as blackberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants and gooseberries and officinal plants, which are also used to make the products on sale at the farm.
