Settimano does not provide catering in order to protect the privacy and the tranquility of the guests, who can take advantage of the common spaces on the ground floor, swimming pool, barbecue and wooden oven, excellent for pizzas and bread.
Healthy daily-picked fruit, vegetables and other typical products are free for the guests.

The 5 apartments are a result of an extremely accurate restoration, using authentic materials:

The Large Apartment on the Second Floor, under the roof for its entire length, has a wide living room with a balcony, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The Large Apartment on the First Floor, accessible from the elegant external stair-way, is wonderfully furnished and consists of a living room with a huge fireplace, a spacious kitchen, with fireplace as well, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The Small Apartment on the First Floor, extremely pretty and cozy, is composed by a living room with the kitchen in it, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The Studio on the ground floor provides a warm atmosphere and it is equipped with ancient furniture.
The apartment "il Casetto" is located 300 meters away from the main building of Settimano. It enjoys unique privacy, nice view, a garden and barbeque which are not shared with other guests.
The apartment is composed by a large living room/kitchen with all appliances and fire place, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Moreover, the guests can use the swimming pool.
