The Villa Podere Quartarola, in Modigliana, offers hospitality in three apartments and has a large garden with swimming pool.

 

The villa immersed in the Tramazzo Valley in the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines is surrounded by 30 hectares of private estate cultivated with vines and olive trees and is part of a hunting reserve of spectacular beauty with roe deer, wild boars, hares and other wild animals

From 2021 our offer is enriched with 2 properties between Cervia and Cesenatico a few steps from the sea and the pine forest: 2 furnished apartments plus 4 furniched apartemtns equipped with all comforts with private garden, large swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna. The accommodation

From the renovation of an old barn (Quartarola) owned by the family for three generations, were obtained 3 independent apartments with 4 beds and5 beds with the possibility of adding a bed.

The apartments are furnished in rustic style with kitchen equipped with dishwasher and oven, leather sofa, satellite television, WIFI, fireplace, bathroom, bedroom, private veranda with sofa, table and chairs.

The apartment LE CAMELIE is on the ground floor, while I GIRASOLI and LE ROSE are on the first floor.

In the beautiful garden there is a swimming pool with solarium, barbecue for each apartment for outdoor dining and laundry room.

Guests will have the possibility to take advantage of a second accommodation facility situated a short distance from the sea between Cervia and Cesenatico, that gathers 2 apartments, private garden, swimming pool with hydromassage and sauna.

It is possible to rent the whole structure Villa Podere Quartarola Classic (16 beds, 3 families) or the whole structure by the sea (8 beds, 2 families) and the second property with (20 beds, 3/4 families)

From its strategic location, guests may easily reach the loveliest art cities in Tuscany and Emilia Romagna like Florence (100 km.), Ravenna (80 km.), Bologna (70 km.), San Marino ( 50 km), Faenza (20km.), the ancient medieval hamlets of Brisighella and Modigliana (10 km.), the hermitage of San Barnaba at Gamogna, the monastery of the Camaldoli and the Santuario della Verna

it is a pity not to have your indication while you were there.

Houskeeping is very important for us but in high season the lady could miss something, it would be a pleasure to double clean what you notice was not oky, I'm sorry.

Shower/bathroom, we are on top of a hill in a very wild and relaxing place and sometimes preasure is not the best. But like up it is a pity not to have the info, it would be a pleasure to fix it immediatly.

Pillows and outside table are common parts of the 3 apartmenst and even if we check them daily, it could happened.

I keep and try to get the best to any comments, I'm just sorry that you have not asked anything while there.

Our property have a great potential, you're right and I will do my best to improve myself and Villa Podere Quartarola.
