The restaurant of Pra’ Rosso is open Thursday, Friday, Saturday evening and Sunday noon with natural and typical foods (salumi and aceto balsamico di modena) and a selection of the best wines of Emilia-Romagna, the top region in Europe for numbers of food quality brands.
Salse di Nirano is a traditional and naturalistic destination, a unique environment for walks or mountain bike rides. The road around the Natural Reserve is 6 km long, bringing quickly up to 300 m on the level sea.
