Cà Balbi farmhouse is situated in the beautiful Val D’Amone hills, in the hearth of Romagna, an area full of Roman and Etruscan sites. The farmhouse is the right place for everyone who wants to relax, do sports, try the local food and wine, enjoy the artistic and cultural heritage of this land. Cà Balbi is also a place of production where techniques of biological agriculture are practised, respecting nature and its seasonal cycles.

Cà Balbi is an old rural house of the year 1875, which has been restored joining the traditional architectonical characteristics with all modern comforts. The farmhouse has rooms and apartments, a restaurant, an open-air swimming pool and an open space ideal for workshops.
The large rooms (from 1 and up to 4 people) are all decorated with antique furniture in the rustic romagnolo style and equipped with tv, bathroom with shower and hair dryer. The rooms can also accommodate disabled people.
The exclusive apartments with mezzanine floor and wooden beams (about 65 sqm) can lodge up to 8 people and one of them is equipped with a cooking corner to assure guests a full independence.
Guests can relax in the quiet atmosphere of the common areas, enjoying the panoramic swimming pool and the big garden. At guest’s disposal a free wi-fi internet connection.
At the restaurant, with a great view of the hills, guests can try home-made traditional and bio food. It can accommodate up to 70 people in the roomy and sunny indoors veranda and, when good weather comes, up to 150 people with a set up in the lush garden, among cherry, olive and acacia trees. An ideal place for wedding celebrations or every kind of private party.
