La Sabbiona is surrounded by beautiful hills and located in a panoramic position (overlooking the plain of Ravenna). It is only 6 km from Faenza and 7 km from Forli.  Hospitality is an old restored rural, equipped with nice apartments and rooms,  Restaurant with typical home cooking match with excellent wines produced by the company. Free use: swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, WI-FI, children's play area, 3 mountain bikes and volleyball court. Paths to do on foot/ by bike that star from farmhaouse.

The farm produces: wine, fruit, cereals, wheat and extra virgin olive oil. possibility to visit the cellar and wine tasting.

Common areas are sanitized 2 times a day, housing and keys after each guest

Possibility of accommodation in 5 rooms (furnished with period furniture, air conditioning, TV, bathroom complete with Hairdryer), also available a room for disabled people. 4apartments, 2 studios for 2/3 people and 2 two-room apartments for 2/4 people.

Also available is a 75-square-meter apartment on the ground floor with a separate entrance.

In the small villa Pasqualina, there are two apartments at km 1.5 from the Sabbiona (ALBA of 98sqm, TRAMONTO 65sqm).

In each apartment or studio will be to add the final cleaning from € 30 to € 50 depending on the size of the apartment.

All rooms and apartments are sanitized and sanitized at the end of each guest's stay.
The apartments are well furnished, with kitchenette or kitchen, air conditioning, TV and provided with bed and bath linens. Possibility to use tables in the outdoor garden. All apartments have cooking equipment and microwave oven included.

Catering with typical Romagna dishes paired with wines: outdoors in summer, in the room with fireplace on winter evenings.

The restaurant is open from May to September for 5/6 days a week. In the Fall-Winter period from Thursday to Sunday , it is possible on request x small groups of guests also on other evenings by agreement. Open for holidays, bridges and pre-holidays.

On request vegetarian food, possibility of gluten free meals.

Possibility to add half board and buffet breakfast to your stay. In the apartments, the price of these additional treatments is deliberately not indicated as it depends on the age of the guests (children's discounts).

The fortunate location, a beautiful swimming pool, the veranda on the plain, genuine breakfast and dinner, all this is what the guest finds for vacation and relaxation where nature is complemented by the proximity of multiple places to discover.

In the Winery the grapes produced on the farm are vinified, from which first quality D.O.C and I.G.T. wines typical of Romagna are obtained
. Attention is paid to the safeguarding of ancient varieties of native vineyards such as Centesimino.

Possibility of Hosting cyclists, available: indoor bike shelter, small workshop, maps and proposals for tours in the surrounding area. Free 3 mountain bikes, possibility to rent road bikes on request.

It's suggest to visit Faenza, with iInternational Museum of Ceramics, it is also an important wine growing and producing area; Imola (20 km) "Dino Ferrari" car race-circuit; Ravenna (30 Km) city of art, Brisighella (15 km), Medieval town and thermal spa; Casola Valsenio(37 Km) Botanical gardens and Thermal spa; Mirabilandia and Cervia asea side resort and a theme park on the Adriatic Riviera; Castrocaro Terme(9km) spa center; Dozza (27 km) Medieval town with Caterina Sforza's Castle; Forlì (15 km); Golf Club Faenza "Le Cicogne"; Bologna 55km.
An hour by car you can visit San Marino the oldest republic in Europe; Ferrara, Renaissance city; Valli di Comacchio, Park of the Po Delta; Foreste Casentinesi, National park created to protect the wildlife of the area.
