The old house is on the outskirts of a little village thirteen kilometres from Reggio Emilia and eighteen kilometres from Parma. This walled enclave with buildings grouped around a courtyard dates back to the 17th century and its rural architecture is typical of the period and of this region. The owners, who currently live here all year round, descend from the original family, the noble Bebbis, and have personally restored the property, installing every possible comfort in the best of taste.

The house: Furnished with family antiques, the walls are painted in bright, cheerful colours. Breakfast is like a feast, served in the dining room in winter and in the garden in the warmer months. There is a pool in the garden with its well-manicured lawn dotted with fruit trees.
The eight elegant double bedrooms can become twin on request, all with en-suite bathroom with shower, television, air conditioning or ceiling fan and direct-dial telephone. All rooms have refreshment trays with tea and coffee.
At guests' disposal, together with a pool room and a sitting room with satellite TV and library, the garden and the swimming pool, a veranda is also available, where guests can stay from spring. Barbecue, fitness corner with some gym tools and solarium, sauna and Jacuzzi tub. Baby beds, infant's high chair. Bicycles are available. Wireless Internet connection is possible.
