thanks for the compliments on the room and the pool. We are sorry to read that she did not feel welcome!
And we are all the more sorry since we have tried to meet you as much as possible, even at a delicate time like the present, when the need to sanitize takes longer than usual and obliges us to devote to the personal one that, otherwise, would have other tasks. We have not been able to make you feel this and we regret it very much.

Everything he complains about is also clearly indicated in the regulations posted to the various rooms! Breakfast is a buffet from 8.00 to 10.00. The possibility to take it later there is, but given what has already been specified on the need to sanitize everything, we had to provide an extra charge of 10 euros per person. In the same way, this year we can not really afford to be flexible on the time when the room must be vacated, otherwise we can not perform the necessary cleaning. Also with regard to the check-out, the rules are clear: in order to ensure that all guests enjoy ample space in safety, those who wish to use the pool even after 10 a.m. on the day of check-out will be charged an extra day's stay (also necessary for insurance coverage).

Finally, I assure you that in the room you have occupied you do not smell of sewer: being on the first floor this is already unlikely, but checks have also been made (with negative results).

What can I say? Even if this year is difficult, we continue to do our job with passion and to put the needs (and safety!) of the guests first... Sometimes it just doesn't seem to be enough.
