The holiday farm The Hawk Tower is 1 km far from San Vito al Tagliamento town. The restaurant is run by the home family, proposing seasonal specialities made out of typical food products (cheese, smoked ricotta, pitina [i.e. sausage made of mountain game, goat or sheep meat]) and inspired by local cookery, like homemade pasta or gnocchetti, tasty meat dishes as well as sweets and cakes from old-tradition recipe books. And all that is perfectly combined with the winery’s heritage.
