The farm house is located in a peaceful area, on the edge of a forest, a few kilometers from Trieste and the sea and on the frontier of Slovenia. A wing of the house was restored and enlarged in a "country style" indicative of the area.

The agricultural business is organic and certified IMC (Mediterranean Institute of Certification). The produce includes:, extra virgin olive oil and a variety of local wines. Accommodations: 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms; 1 apartment with 1 bedroom; 4 studio apartments from 1 to 4 bedsits; 1 bedroom (2 single beds and fridge).
The apartments all contains double beds and sofa bed and will accommodate from 2 to 4 people.
All furnishings are in wood, as well as the beams on the ceilings. One studio apartment is designed with the disabled in mind. All kitchens contain gas stoves and refrigerator/freezers. All bathrooms have showers.
Linens and towels are supplied. Central heating in every apartment. Patio furniture on all terraces.
