Tenuta Regina

Tenuta Regina lies between Trieste (80 Km) and Venezia (90 Km), in the middle of a 160 hectars farm. The Tenuta is surrounded by a natural reserve “ Parco delle foci del fiume Stella”.
Historical Villas and Castles: Villa Manin a Passariano, Castello di Colloredo, Castello di Cassacco, Castellodi Strassoldo; Udine with an ancient Castello, and the Historical centre made under the Serenissima domination: via Mercatovecchio, piazza Libertà and piazza S. Giacomo; Trieste Castello di Miramare and Piazza Unità d’ Italia, around Trieste there are many sites in the Carso hills with stalattites and stalagmites like the Grotta dei Giganti; Aquileia a romanic site with the ancient harbour, a marvellous basilica with mosaics and the “foro”; Palmanova is famous all around the world because of its walls that are like a 9 edges star;Venezia is far just 50 minutes by train, Dolomites Mountains (Cortina d’Ampezzo), Adriatic Sea (Grado, Lignano Sabbiadoro, Bibione), Marano Lagunare and Caorle (fish market), Adriatic Thermas (Grado, Lignano Sabbiadoro, Bibione ).

Guests can even relax in the Villa garden, or rent bikes to ride in the surroundings.
In the near village (7 km) there are grocery, post office, pharmacy, other shops and restaurants.
