The accommodation
Fully renovated and furnished using green materials and building techniques, the 50 square metre house features exposed stone and wood. The furnishings are comfortable and stylish, and the property also boasts a safe, professional hairdryers, TVs in the bedrooms, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, a full-size kitchen, a machine for preparing espressos and herbal teas using pods, and courtesy products.
The on-site facilities include 4 mountain bikes and 2 tandem bikes for 2, a kayak and a rowing boat for 4 people.
Activities and surrounding
The holiday home is located in a regional nature reserve home to valuable flora and fauna, in an area designated as a Site of Community Importance (SCI). The lake and its surroundings are ideal for those who love walking, excursions and water sports.
Midway between Rome and Naples, the house is close to the Abruzzo Park, Lazio and Molise, as well as the abbeys of Montecassino, Casamari and Trisulti. In the nearby commune of Campoli Appennino, Town of Truffles and Bears, guests can visit the Orso Marsicano protected wildlife area, a zone spanning 16 hectares where you might just spot the two Marsican bears.
