The farmhouse is situated at 350 m above sea level and covers about 17 hectares of Sabinian hill country. It has four rooms with bathrooms, a swimming pool and tennis court.
The farmhouse is surrounded by grasslands, olive groves and tranquillity. On parts of farmland they grow wine, fruit and grain, other parts they use as pasture land for animals. They have a small flock of sheep, as well as hogs and chooks. As pets they keep a horse and family of donkeys and some cats and a very friendly dog.
