In front of the benedictine Abbey of Farfa (6th cen.), in the very heart of the Sabina-sire, only 50 km far from Rome, you can find the Organic Farm La Farfalla, with a wonderful stone-built house, where the owners live, located among hundreds and hundreds of olive trees and surrounded by a large garden with lawns, trees and flowers.
Within the property, in the middle of a lot of olive trees, there are an indipendent country-house, called La Farfallina,
and a countryhouse called La Farfalletta Bianca inside a wonderful stone-built house, placed at the top of a hill.

La Farfallina (Guests 4+1)
Placed within a green valley, it has a wide view on the magnificent Farfa Abbey, that can be reached by foot in 20 minutes. Very quite position. The house is surrounded by a wonderful olive grove, with trees older than 400 years.
It is composed of a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, bathroom with shower, one double bedroom and one twin room, for a total of 4-5 accomodations. Indipendent heating. TV-SAT. A large terrace is in front of the garden where a large barbecue can be used to cook the fantastic meat of the region.
La Farfalletta Bianca - 95 sqm. (Guests 4+2)
Placed on the top of a hill, within a green valley, it has a wide view on the magnificent Farfa Abbey, that can be reached by foot in 20 minutes. Very quite position. The house is surrounded by a wonderful olive grove, with trees older than 400 years.
It is made up of a ground floor with a porch of 30 sqm with large table, then a large kitchen (electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwashing machine) and a small toilet. Outside there is a beautiful garden with barbeque.
On the first floor, there is a panoramic living room with fire place and sofa bed for 2 persons, 1 bed room with king size bed, 1 bed room with 2 beds and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
