- Course of ceramic (ancient method of creating terracotta)
- Cooking lessons: a basic knowledge of the most traditional Italian cooking.
- Italian Lessons.

The local inhabitants still respects the ancient traditions and organize many fairs and festivals.
If desired, a  program for a week may be proposed.
