The agriturismo

Agritourism farm between Lake Bracciano, the sea and the Tolfa mountains. The old Maremma farmhouse has been completely renovated to create independent rooms with private bathrooms equipped with all comforts and some mini apartments with direct access to the garden.

In front of the manor house opens a beautiful garden with swimming pool where the beginning of summer is announced by daffodils, daisies and tulips.

You can do inside the large farmhouse guided nature tours and surfing and windsurfing courses in the nearby sea of Santa Severa, or relaxing sup in the clear waters of Lake Bracciano.

It has a charging station for electric vehicles.

The accommodation

Guests can choose from double, triple and quadruple rooms with private bathroom, heating, scenic view and furnished in classic style with antique furniture, with the possibility of room service. 

It will be possible to try out the experience of picking products from the vegetable garden and turning them into original dishes through a cooking experience service.

The Agrihouse is an eco-sustainable farm. We ask our guests the same care and attention for saving electricity and water consumption. The heating for the winter months is fed by a wood-fired boiler, with the wood collected in our woods. The boiler must be fed and recharged by hand, this increases the time required to start the heating and reduces the heat delivery times. Therefore we ask you to bring warm clothes with you, both for the exterior and for the interior. Remember, you are about to make a farm experience immersed in the countryside between woods and valleys, completely different from the comforts of a city hotel.

Activities and surrounding

 

Guests can go horse-riding with a guide, trekking, mountain bike riding or they can relax in the scenic solarium and swimming pool equipped with deck chairs and beach umbrellas. Guests can also visit the nearby Terme di Stigliano thermal spa, the limpid waters of Lake Bracciano and Odescalchi castle. Numerous archaeological sites and the city of Rome just 40 minutes away.
