The enchanting Bracciano-Martignano natural park, situated 30 km north from Rome, surrounds this Agritourism facility which stands near the homonymous lake. The ancient 15th century farm house is immersed in 140 hectares of farmland, which is also the home of several breeding races.

The farm features 5 rooms, each sleeping up to 4 guests: a double sofa bed and a bathroom are situated on the ground floor and a wrought iron staircase leads to a mezzanine with another double bed; the accommodations are also fitted with TV and air conditioning and have access to a small private garden.
In summer guests can relax in the shade under the thatched wooden canopies on the nearby beach, close to a small bar proposing sandwiches, soft drinks and snacks, which also organizes parties on the lake bank and serves aperitifs accompanied by products from the agritourism. You can have sailing, canoe and pedalo lessons or hire equipment for your own excursions. A lifeguard is always present on the beach to guarantee safe bathing.
A suitable enclosed area is available for your pets.
The farm Restaurant, which can seat up to a 200 guests, is situated in a converted stable which preserves some of the original features including the wooden beam ceiling.
The menu proposes new interpretations of local products, from homemade pasta to delicious desserts; other suggestions include meat from the Farm, roasted on the great brazier in the dining hall, right in front of the customers.
Outdoors there is a pergola with views of the lake, where meals are served in summer and spring.
The Restaurant staff is also pleased to organize events and receptions.
