These Countryhouse Apartments offer allow the guests to enjoy extensive rural views, overlooking 100 hectars of glorious Bracciano and Martignano Park.

The structure is a newly remodelled stone barn conversions built in the large grounds of the owners’ grade two listed home. All the apartments are well equipped with gas range cooker, fridge/freezer, personal heating, tv, bathroom/WC with shower and an enclosed little private lake view garden with BBQ and garden furniture. Small library of books supplied.

The view of the lake provides a piece of paradise. Guests will have their own, private, cozy apartment on the lake. Pub, supermarket and other amenities are ten minutes away by car.
