Farmhouse situated in bassa Tuscia country, to 1 hour from Rome in Manziana and easy to reach the lakes and the sea. Accommodation is in 2 restructured country houses: Casale Pomodoro and Villa Flavia, both with fireplace and veranda and Swimming pool surrounded by olive trees.

The farm covers an area of 85 hectares cultivated with chestnuts, olives, and hazel groves. To jog between the cultivation is very pleasant and you can drink from the Fonte Precilia well known for the curative activity for kidney sufferings. This area was many years ago a volcano, today extinct. The lake of Bracciano lies in his mouth.
The farmhouse offers you 2 different structures completely restored for 6 or 12 people.
The town of Manziana is nearby only about 8 min walking distance but the cottages are surrounded by nature.
Villa Flavia is surrounded by Olive trees and hazel groves, and the garden around the house profits from the shade of old pin trees. You will have the possibility to enjoy the peace of the countryside and take your lunch outdoor in the shade or relax in the hammock. Villa Flavia con host 12 or 6 people as you wish because you can join or separated the 2 apartments.
In the first floor there are 6 double bedrooms with bathroom, 2 separated entrances in 2 big living rooms with fire place, and 2 kitchens with dish-washer and 2 bathrooms for invalid. Heating, TV and alarm system are available.
The new swimming pool is just in front between the olive trees. In each time of the year the garden offers different flowering: iris, roses, agapanthus, emerocallis, digitalis, erigeron, hydrangee. The car can be parked on the side of the cottage.
Casale Pomodoro was at first in the 40 years the centre of the farm. The Farmer Giacobini leaved at the first floor and underneath was his kitchen and separated the stall for caws and sheep.
Today it is completely restructured and instead of the stall you have a living room with fire place, dining table, kitchen with dish-washer, guest WC also for disable equipped. In the first floor 3 double rooms with bath. In the basement the cloth-washer, heating. Telephone and TV and alarm system are available.
You can enjoy the peace of the big old Chestnut trees around the cottage lying in the hammock and have breakfast and lunch under the shade of the veranda. Roses, Rincosperno, and American vine are beautiful.
The wood oven will enable you to cook your own pizza.
