The company is located right outside of Rome in the heart of the Castelli Romani area, surrounded by nature and the most characteristic towns among which are Frascati, Marino, Rocca di Papa, Monteporzio Catone, Colonna, Rocca Priora and Montecompatri.
To this day it is one of the last agricultural holdings in the municipality of Rome and it maintains its original and natural predisposition for the organic production of olive oil, wine grapes, various vegetables and free-range small farm animals.

The apartments were all recently remodeled in full respect for the characteristics of the original farmhouse. Each of these has a cooking corner, autonomous heating which makes the apartments inhabitable even during the winter, shower with continuous hot water, Internet and TV with Sky.
They are single apartments which sleep 4 and double apartments which sleep 6.
