From the property guests can visit many natural sites, including bird watching stations in the Nazzano Oasis. The most athletically fit guests can easily reach the Soratte Mountain where they can enjoy walks or excursions of all levels of difficulty by mountain bike up to 691 meters of height. Only few kilometers away there are tennis, polo, golf, fishing and sailing clubs. The property is located less than 50 kilometers away from the Lazio coastline.

For those who love art and archeology, besides the incredible number of site Rome offers, there are also many little towns around the property which are a testimonial of the Ancient Rome history.
Approximately 8 kilometers away, at the eighteenth kilometer of the Via Tiberina, visitors can enjoy the roman archeological site Lucus Feroniae dedicated to the cult of the goddess Feronia, procuress of the “freed slaves and all that comes from underground”. The cult site was already a flourishing center during the royal times, where merchants and faithful from the Etruria, Lazio and Sabina areas would congregate. The archeological area including a wide sacrificial area, the remaining of an amphitheater, streets and basilicas' foundations is open to the public. Only 50 kilometers away visitors can enjoy the magnificent archeological site of Ancient Ostia.
Finally the property surroundings host many events in particular the ones dedicated to the antiques. The town of Campagnano is located only 18 kilometers away. Every first Sunday of the month the town hosts the antique market in its historic center. In the same town every six months there is one of the most important Italian antique market-shows. Along the Vallelunga car race track hundreds of merchants active in the antique trade business come from all over Italy to show their products (from furniture to cars, from rugs to clothing).
