The agriturismo
The farmhouse is a farmhouse immersed in the Maremma countryside 500 metres from the Murelle beach, in front of the ancient Etruscan port of Regisvilla, with a welcoming establishment and free beach bordered by sand dunes and the last stretches of the tombolo. Easily accessible by bicycle.
Each apartment has an outdoor area for exclusive use, as in the large solarium of the pool. Guests will be welcomed in a warm and familiaratmosphere.
The accommodation
The farmhouse offers hospitality in 5 apartments and 1room:
- Ginestra (one-roomed flat); Ulivo(two-roomed flat); and Melograno(two-roomed flat ): they are on the first floor with a view of the countryside and the pine forest that runs along the beach. Large terrace at the entrance for exclusive use.
- Plumbago (two-roomed flat), with access for the disabled; Magnolia(two-roomed flat ), very bright; and Ortensia (three-roomed flat ): are on the garden level. Outside there is an exclusive dining area .
The communal areas are equipped withwood-burning oven,barbecue, laundry and clothesline. Covered parking space is also available.
Outside the property also has a largegarden with relaxationareas in the sun or in the shade of large trees. It has aswimming pool and guests can use hot water showers outside.
