Casale Bollettaro

The farmhouse, going back to the middle of the 19th century, was built in volcanic stone and tuff; not used for a long time, it has recently been restructured, giving maximum care to the conservation of the architectural lines typical of rural buildings in the area, recovering and emphasizing strictly traditional techniques and raw materials.

The structure is able to host up to 18 people in three units, all similar and independent, one of them on the ground floor (The Stable) and two on the first floor (The Granaries, and the Master's House). Each unit is equipped with independent heating and satellite TV, and furnished in the Arte Povera style. They all consist of a large living room, equipped with a kitchenette and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with twin beds (with bedsprings and orthopedic mattresses), each with private bathrooms with a shower and hair dryer; clean hot water for the whole year. On the ground floor there is also a large room (the ?Bollettaro?) available on request for parties, meetings or as a common room for groups who rent the entire home.

The swimming pool, 70 square meters with a large bath and three vast green areas, benches, a swing and slide for children, complete the service offered to the guests.

The Stable: This unit was used in the past as storage for gear and stalls for the animals. Situated on the ground floor with two entrances from the outside, it can be prepared for 2 to 4 guests, using 1 or 2 bedrooms equipped with a private porch. Particularly practical due to access and livability, it is characterized by a tranquil, relaxing atmosphere.
The Granaries: A unit located on the first floor, which houses the old granaries and is accessible by a staircase that ends with a gracious porch. It can be arranged for 2, 4 or 6 guests in 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. The day room, with a sofa bed and kitchenette, has Northern exposure and the porch lends itself to a serene and relaxing scene.
The Master's House: The old home of the master. Located on the first floor, it is accessible by a staircase that opens to a large porch. In addition to the normal configuration for 4 guests, on request it can also be prepared for 2, 6 or 8 guests respectively in 1, 3, or 4 bedrooms. With the day room exposed to the South, this unit is characterized by its luminosity and size.
The Bollettaro: The oldest part of the house which, maintaining its original structure, consists of a large salon with a fireplace, and a kitchen with a wood stove and a porch; it is used for parties or as a common place for guests who rent the entire farmhouse.
