The structure stands in a dominant position, in the middle of the farm extended to fifty hectares and planted with grains and grazing fodder. The territory, banned from hunting, is populated by wildlife including the hare, the porcupine, the badger, the hoot owl and the barn owl.

On the border between Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany, the agriturismo is in the centre of the ancient land of Tuscia, just a few km from the city and Lake Bolsena. Only 5 km from the Natural Reserve "Valle dei Calanchi" with Bagnoregio and Civita, ?The land that is dying?, of Etruscan, then Roman and Medieval origin; Montefiascone, the land of the wine Est! Est!! Est!!!, a short stroll from Lake Bolsena and with the Romanesque church of San Flaviano; Orvieto with its gothic-style cathedral, the well of San Patrizio and the underground city; Viterbo with its medieval quarter, the old mineral baths, the Roman ruins of Ferrento; the Renaissance villa Lante delle Rovere in Bagnaia; Bomarzo with the ?Park of Monsters?; Caprarola with the Farnese palace by Vignola. Also in the vicinity are many other interesting places to visit, for example the medieval city of Tuscanica, the Etruscan archaeological sites of Castel d'Asso (necropolis rock), San Giovenale, Vulci, Tarquinia and Cerveteri and, for excursions a little bit longer: Perugia, Assisi, Todi and Rome.

Inside the structure, the guests will find the following available: The swimming pool with umbrellas (one for each unit), chairs and hot showers, access to green areas, equipped with benches, slides and swings for children; the entire area available for taking walks, jogging and picnics; barbeque and traditional wood oven; laundry area with a washing machine and equipment for drying and ironing.

Finally within the agriturismo you can find all kinds of information and advice concerning traditional places to taste, and possibly buy, local agricultural specialties from the farmers.
