The area surrounding the agritourism offers the opportunity for enjoying a walk either within Tenuta Giovanna or along the various country roads that surround it.  Those same paths can be enjoyed via mountain bike which the guests can rent.

The Maremma is the land of cowboys, so horseback rides organized by a nearby riding school, allow guests to visit the most beautiful and hidden corners of the countryside. You can also take horseback riding lessons.
The Etruscan towns of Vulci and Tarquinia with their famous necropolis and their archeological museum are located only a short distance away.
The Montalto Marina beach is just 7 km away with its wide beaches, among the largest on the Tyrrhenian coast, and its many locales that enliven the night life.
Those who love the spa will be spoiled by the choice between Saturnia and Viterbo with the famous Spa of the Popes. In an hour by train or car you can reach and visit Rome and all its splendid monuments.
The Marina Velka course, about 15 km away, is available to golf enthusiasts.
Tuscany, with its beautiful villages of Capalbio, Soana, Scansano and many others can be reached in just a short amount of time for a stopover to enjoy some delicious wild game and red wines.

The bravest guests can kayak along the Fiora River. The program generally requires that the participants are picked up at the agritourism by shuttle bus and taken to Monte del Fiora and from there they begin their descent towards the valley. Those who enjoy the sea can not only enjoy swimming and sunbathing, they can also take part in diving courses or, if they are already knowledgeable, they can be accompanied by experienced instructors on diving excursions, all of which can be booked directly at Casalino dei Francesi.
