The agriturismo Casone is situated to 500 meters on the level of the sea, to the feet of the city of Montefiascone that is located to 639 meters on the eyelash of a crater. The farmhouse is in ideal position and you enjoy of a suggestive panorama: the Tip mountains, the great lowland etruscas up to the sea, the mountains of the Tolfa and Alllumiere, the hills of Canine tooth and the Argentario Mountain, the stupendous mass of the Amiata mountain, the Cetone mountain, the peak of Radicofani, the Fiora mountain and the hills toward Siena form the crown that surrounds Montefiascone.

The resort, built in 1600, was estate of the Church untill 1870 when the property of the Church shifted to the State and was made on sale. They became property of the family between 1875 and 1883 and they are the same nowadays. In the year 2003 the restoration of the building has began and it has finished in 2005. The restoration has been made by paying attention to the original shape and by caring of the materials: chestnut-wood attics and a roof made of original terracotta tiles.
The structure offers 4 apartments with 20 beds available in total. Each apartment has an independent entrance and is provided with television, linen for the bathroom, bed-linen, table-linen, earthenware and pottery for the kitchen, and a small private safe.
"Bilegno" Apartament: about 65 mq, it is located on the ground floor. It offers a spacious kitchen, a dining room with a chimney, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This suite is available for maximum 6 people.
"La Stalla" Apartament: about 52 mq, is located on the ground floor and is furnished with facilities for the disabled. It offers a kitchen equipped with a chimney, 2 bedrooms and only 1 bathroom. It is available for maximum 4 people.
"Istrice" Apartament: about 65 mq, is located on the first floor where you can enjoy a relaxing view of the surrounding countryside. It offers a spacious dining room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is available for maximum 6 people.
"La Volpe" Apartament: about 52 mq is located on the first floor and has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and it is available for maximum 4 people.
The farmhouse offers an outdoor swimming pool (7 x 14 meters), a spacious garden and two gazebos made of fir (an area of 100 mq), where you can relax and have a rest in the peaceful atmosphere and thanks to the mild climate and the moderate wind coming from the sea. In the garden there is also a traditional wooden oven and a barbecue where you can cook anything you like and whenever you want and then you can eat on the stone table in front of it, drinking a glass of our typical wine.
