The resort wants to represent and make living again the ancient traditions of the rustic civilization. In general resorts are inserted in the context of the big agricultural business, on the other hand we are talking about the small rustic property, where the farmer survives thanking of the breeding of few animals, the rearing of vines, olives, fruit trees, vegetables and cereals that are necessary to the family.
Since several centuries they use to practice this original and primitive technique of agriculture, in an unspoilt environment full of colours, perfumes and wild animals like foxes, porcupines, turtles and hedgehogs. Here you can find beans, chick-peas, tomatoes, potatoes, with whom you can prepare delicious dishes seasoned with olive oil and tasted with the typical DOC local wine Est! Est!! Est!!!
Around the resort there is a small wood where you can walk, go on a picnic, stop for a rest beneath the oak-trees, or pick the delicious strawberries. But if you prefer to visit us during the wintertime, you can use the chimneys inside each single apartment on the hot coals. You should know that during the wintertime it is easy to find the snow, that makes the environment very suggestive and unique.
